Patrick Burke is the Chief Executive Officer of Catapult Healthcare Solutions. With 25 years of staffing industry knowledge and experience, Patrick decided to co-found his own staffing agency in 2013. Since then, he has consistently demonstrated a remarkable ability to navigate the ever-evolving landscape of workforce solutions. With a proven track record of strategic leadership, Patrick has driven the company to new heights by fostering a culture of innovation and client-centric excellence. His innate aptitude for identifying talent, coupled with a deep understanding of market trends, has empowered the company to match top-tier professionals with the perfect opportunities, resulting in unprecedented growth and client satisfaction.
Though he is originally from the East coast and enjoys the cooler weather, Patrick has resided in Texas for the past 20 years and continues his love for travel by visiting new destinations whenever he can.

Joseph “Jody” Turner is the President of Catapult Healthcare Solutions. With two decades of leadership and production experience in the healthcare staffing and workforce management industry, his track record demonstrates a proven ability to deliver results and navigate the complexities of the healthcare landscape. Joseph spearheads our operational process and revenue growth, promotes our team culture and talent development, and sets our strategic direction. His expertise lies in leading and scaling growth teams and organizations within various healthcare sectors, including national travel nursing, allied health, locum tenens physicians and advanced practice providers, hospital practice management, correctional, government and telemedicine services.
Born and raised in Northeast Texas, Joseph represents the sixth generation of Texans in his family. He obtained his B.B.A. in Management from Texas Tech University – Rawls College of Business in 2001.
